Regarding the Response to the Spread of New Coronavirus (Part 2)

In response to our announcement “On the Spread of New Coronavirus (COVID-19)” posted on February 26th, we are continuing with our preparations to hold the event safely on May 16th (Sat) & 17th (Sun) while collecting the latest information such as the measures taken the government.

We will give consideration to the impact on the citizens and hold careful discussions with the organizers of the event—the International Triathlon Union, the Japan Triathlon Union, the City of Yokohama and the Yokohama Sports Association--while giving priority to the safety of the athletes, staffs and everyone involved in the event.
