December 11, 2016 The International Triathlon Association General Meeting was held in Madrid, Spain, and the new officers (the term of office from December 11, 2016 to the 2020 general meeting) were decided and Shinichiro Otsuka (Japan Triathlon Association (JTU) Executive Director / Public Interest Foundation Board Member of the Japan Olympic Committee) was elected vice chairman. The term of office is four years.
